Delivery Schedule
We deliver most items from Monday to Saturday. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS notification. In some cases, our courier or logistics partner may also contact you via call to confirm the delivery date and time. However, as these partners operate independently, we cannot guarantee they will always contact you prior to delivery or follow a specific protocol.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful placement.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Guidelines

  1. Delivery Location
    The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises or where it is physically possible. For deliveries to higher floors, please arrange your own manpower if you require the product moved beyond the ground or first floor, as our logistics partners are only equipped to deliver to these levels.

  2. Packaging and Safety
    To protect items during transit, most items are securely packed in cardboard, which may require careful handling by the customer. We recommend recording a video of the unboxing process. If you notice any damage or defect upon delivery, please inform both the delivery personnel and BuyWithEMI.com customer care immediately. Please note that delivery personnel are only responsible for delivery and not for unpacking or setting up the items.

  3. Failed Delivery
    If delivery fails due to refusal or unavailability, any subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges. Please ensure the address and phone number provided at checkout are accurate. If you anticipate being unavailable, inform us in advance to coordinate shipping.

  4. Address Limitations
    We reserve the right to decline delivery to addresses we believe to be unsecure, such as communal postal addresses or PO boxes. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.

  5. Delayed Deliveries
    Although we strive to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, on rare occasions, deliveries may occur outside published windows due to unforeseen circumstances.

Holding Cost or Delayed Delivery Charges
If you request us to withhold delivery after an order is ready for dispatch, a holding fee may apply. We offer a one-week grace period, after which a Holding Cost of 2% of the total order value per month (with 18% GST) will be charged. We will notify you via email with the breakdown of any charges, and the fee will apply prorated for delays shorter than a month.

This holding cost must be paid before dispatch if delivery has been withheld at your request.
